The track meet today at Augusta has been canceled.
The softball game on Friday, April 8 has been postponed.
April is Stress Awareness Month. Stress is normal and healthy in small amounts, but when stress impacts your daily activities, it can become a problem. It is ok to slow down, take a break and take care of yourself! Take time this month to try new self-care activities such as getting outside, taking a break from social media, exercising or reading a new book.
