Description:
Join a workshop for caregivers of adults with chronic conditions to learn about self-care strategies and techniques to increase relaxation and reduce stress.
There are two workshops, both on Thursday, November 17th: the first is from 10-11am at the Antigo, Marshfield, and Wausau ADRC-CW offices; the second is from 2-3pm at the Merrill and Wisconsin Rapids offices. There are virtual options for both events.
