Rep. Chanz Green, a Republican member of the Wisconsin State House representing the 74th district, has recently posted several statements on his social media accounts addressing regional energy infrastructure and state policy changes.

On September 3, 2025, Green emphasized the significance of a local pipeline project for his constituency. In his post, he stated: “Yesterday, I spoke on the importance of Line 5. This pipeline is a vital energy supplier for Northern Wisconsin and will bring significant economic benefits to the region. I will always stand in support of Line 5!”

Later that day, Green criticized Governor Tony Evers’ approach to state terminology regarding family designations. He wrote: “.@GovEvers is using bureaucratic rulemaking to erase “mother” and “father”, replacing them with terms like “other parent” or “pregnant member”. Democrats and common sense don’t belong in the same sentence.”

On September 5, 2025, Green shared an update with constituents about his ongoing activities. He posted: “Check out my latest e-update by clicking the link below. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!”

Green was elected to represent Wisconsin’s 74th House district in 2023, succeeding Beth Meyers as state representative.
