Isabelle and Danna Johnson from Rustic Roots offer slow flow yoga that still helps improve mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength, but it does so in a less intensive way. It offers all the benefits of Vinyasa while giving you more time to pause, adjust, and breathe. Slow flow yoga is relaxing and easier for beginners to follow and helps one connect more deeply with your body, breathe, and inner journey.
Cost: $10/class
Packages Available: 5 classes for $45, or 10 classes for $85
