Holy Rosary Catholic School - Medford issued the following announcement on Sept. 14
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. These are subjects that will help students create 21st century critical skills. We have started our architectural builds with understanding different types of walls and how we can make them stronger (using buttresses). The students are learning how to work in groups, take turns, read blueprints and find correct parts. The photos show the 2nd graders building two of the different types of walls.
