Join Yoga Instructor Suzi Hammer for Yoga Stretch at the North Lakeland Discovery Center Lodge. All levels of yogis are welcome to join. Classes are paced to facilitate a deeper release in the major muscle groups, and intentionally designed for folks looking to increase flexibility, improve strength and balance, and increase mental clarity and focus.
Sign up for one class or the whole series: April 16, 23, 30, and May 7, 14. Each class costs $12 per person. Register at least one day prior by emailing Yoga Instructor Suzi Hammer at suzihammer@gmail.com.
