The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Vilas County is hosting a series of “Stepping On” workshops. These workshops are to created to help individuals 65 or older people to identify, and remove, fall hazards in their homes, teach individuals how vision, hearing, medication, and footwear can affect the risk of falling, teach individuals strength and balance exercises one can adapt to each individual’s ability level, and how to get up properly after falling.
