Isabelle and Danna Johnson from Rustic Roots offers Vinyasa yoga that links ones posture to the next through breath. This can be thought of as linking or flowing into postures; considered a moving mediation. Vinyasa is about harmony, balance, grace, and fluidity. Vinyasa yoga is an excellent way to unwind, keep active, and improve your health.
Cost: $10/class
Packages Available: 5 classes for $45 or 10 classes for $85
