There were 360 students enrolled in Gilman School District in the 2024-25 school year, 7.1% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 53.3% identified themselves as boys, 46.7% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 93.1% of the Gilman School District total enrollment.

Gilman School District covers three schools within Taylor County, with its main office in Gilman.

Among the three schools in the district, Gilman High School recorded the highest enrollment of 148 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
