On September 3, 2025, Green emphasized the significance of a local pipeline project for his constituency. In his post, he stated: "Yesterday, I spoke on the importance of Line 5. This pipeline is a vital energy supplier for Northern Wisconsin and will bring significant economic benefits to the region. I will always stand in support of Line 5!"
Later that day, Green criticized Governor Tony Evers' approach to state terminology regarding family designations. He wrote: ".@GovEvers is using bureaucratic rulemaking to erase “mother” and “father”, replacing them with terms like “other parent” or “pregnant member”. Democrats and common sense don’t belong in the same sentence."
