There were 3,158 students enrolled in Medford Area Public School District schools in the 2023-24 school year, 0.3% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 50.6% of them were girls, and 49.4% were boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 88.1% of the Medford Area Public School District total enrollment.

Among the five schools in the Medford Area Public School District, Rural Virtual Academy recorded the highest enrollment of 1,090 students in the 2023-24 school year.
