There were 654 students enrolled in Chequamegon School District in the 2024-25 school year, 1.5% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 50.9% identified themselves as boys, 49.1% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 81.4% of the Chequamegon School District total enrollment.

Chequamegon School District covers five schools within Price County, with its main office in Park Falls.

Among the five schools in the district, Park Falls Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 290 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
