There were 1,342 students enrolled in Northland Pines School District in the 2024-25 school year, 1.9% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 52.5% identified themselves as boys, 47.5% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 89.1% of the Northland Pines School District total enrollment.

Northland Pines School District covers seven schools within Vilas County, with its main office in Eagle River.

Among the seven schools in the district, Northland Pines High School recorded the highest enrollment of 543 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
