There were 345 students enrolled in Prentice School District in the 2024-25 school year, 3% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 53.9% identified themselves as boys, 46.1% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 89.6% of the Prentice School District total enrollment.

Prentice School District covers four schools within Price County, with its main office in Prentice.

Among the four schools in the district, Prentice Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 133 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
